KWT Broken???!!!

Discussion in 'Keyword Tracker' started by mopacfan, Nov 7, 2006.

I noticed that every ranking is now -99xx for every domain I track and that's even for some key words that still show yesterdays date. The KWT tool is complete broken, unfortunately. I just wonder if the server has reached capacity?

Nope, no issues on this end. Are you using the advanced usage script on your account, and if so, is it still valid?

Where do you access the "advanced usage script?" Since when has this changed? I checked my rankings about a month and a half ago and everything worked. Has anything changed since then.

I am experiencing the same problem as mopacfan today.

The advanced usage script can be found on your preferences. Nothing has changed on this end.

The advanced usage script is for solving the Google failed lookups, too ?

Shawn, Can you stop the KWT thread for my account that's been running since 9am this morning? I'll grab and put up a new advanced usage script and see if that resolves it.

No, I can't stop it... but if you can start it over after you install a new script if you want.

I just got an API error on all keywords for Google. Is anyone else seeing the same?

I hate to start digging into my server if the problem is with Google. .

    Thanks,

Yep, getting the following on all Google keywords:

API works fine from here though. Hopefully Google hasn't banned API requests from DP for bombarding their servers every morning :p

The KWT is broken for me, it looks.... just this morning when I clicked "check all" it goes from 200 to 1 in about 2 seconds, and it nearly gave me a heart attack when it showed all my sites as dropping out of Google for all keywords

Google API servers are throwing a lot of HTTP 502 errors right now...

HTTP 502 means there is an issue with their proxy/gateway servers. It happens once in awhile with the Google API, and usually returns to normal before too long.
