I have a client interested in hiring one of my domains kuoid.co.uk . currently i have it parked, however, how much is the domain worth in your opinions, and how much should i lease it out for?

The domain is only worth registration fee as far as I see. kuoid is not a dictionary word.

Reg fee undeveloped. Try getting the most out of it from the buyer.

A client you do do web design for?

I would add the amount that you are earning from parking, to the reg fee price.
Add 7% to the reg fee price per year (to cover domain price increase) then lease it for 5 years (cash up front) with a plan to review after 5 years.

Use that money to renew it in your name for ten years.

You now have a long term client :D

    Cheers

That's a great suggestion by Tattoos.
Unless they abuse the domain, anything else they do would probably add value to
the name in the long run. Otherwise undeveloped and merely parked,
    the value is unclear.
So, at minimum, any parking revenue + reg fee X number of leased years.
