Hello team, Planning to setup live streaming and video streaming portal with most of features like youtube. As part of my research I came across this software Kulabyte. They offer softwares and also hardware for live encoders. I am pretty new to this video streaming concept and I cannot judge how genuine this product is. Anybody there who can give some review on this? My purpose is to setup streaming TV channel over a web portal. Thank you in advance.
Do you need to stream existing videos (as on youtube) or live video from webcam (like justin.tv)? You don't usually need special hardware for this. Streaming web base software and compatible web hosting is what you usually need for streaming video online.
