The site earned an all-time high at around 50+ per day when i keep tweaking the ad code position. Myspace sites are cash cow nowadays and i am sad to let this go but i really need money for house renovation, which causes me around 30k.

Traffic comes from search engines such as MSN, Yahoo and google.

I never promoted the site at all because i don't have a myspace account. So, if you have a myspace account and know how it works, it might be an extra bonus to promote the site there. But i guess when myspace users put up the code, they will bring in traffic for others.

Don't ask me why the webalizer stats are blank for few days. I also have no idea for that. But you can see that the earnings proof are there at ypn and fastclick.

The site was definitely not down at that time. I think it might be my host's stats software was down. That's why it showed blank.

Isn't that the intention of this business? Buying sites at cheap price and selling at high price? After all, it's my luck and effort to get that site.

Actually no. It's buying sites, actually improving them, then selling at a higher price or selling them because you realized you don't have the funds, time, or know how to successfully earn a return on your investment as fast as you'd like.

Now I've flipped sites before but I NEVER buy them with the intention of selling them. I always sell higher than I paid but I also always work on the sites to improve them before I sell because during that time my intention is to keep the site.

Not saying you CAN'T do what you're doing, and good luck with that, I just wanted to debunk that broad statement you made.

nice explanation. In fact, i have bought one site from you before if you recalled. And i made back the investment in a while.

I already improved this site's earning to 20 per day and more. However, i need money for house renovation, if not, i will just let the site to sit there. After all, this site needs NO MAINTENANCE at all.

And honestly, i wouldnt even sell it if not my parents asked me to sell some of my network sites for a quick cash.
