Selling Korean Band Fan Blog 6,000 uniques per month PR 2

Hey ya'll I'm looking to sell a blog based on the Korean girl band 2ne1. If anyone has ever heard of them, they've just debuted last year and were very popular up till now. I am selling this blog because I am no longer interested in this group and I want to work on other things.

There was very little revenue on the blog. I put up Google Adsense and made about $2/month or less. However there is a good amount of traffic, over 5,000 (and closer to 6,000) per month.

We are ranked 3rd (or sometimes - 1st page) in Google for the term "2ne1" and this is where most of the traffic comes from.

There are many ways to monetize that I haven't implemented. One of them could be direct ad sales.
