No they are all UK based! Very well, first everything is quickly looked at to see if there are any mistakes, then every word is checked carefully to make sure it is all right and if maybe something else would look better. The post is then shown to two other people, who check it as well and outline how it could be improved and if something is wrong. They could also add more content to the post to help, make it bigger and more useful. I automatically have a spelling and grammar check installed as well, so when I type the post any errors will be shown to me. When the post is ready, it is posted on your board right away.
