    Do you mind explaining the second point of the TOS highlighted? Regarding minimum $5/month revenue otherwise publishers are not to be paid. I thought the revenue will be accumulated to a minimum payout amount and then publishers will be paid accordingly in the next month or two?

    That's the way it's SUPPOSED to be (accumulated), but Kontera is basically finding loopholes to steal from their customers, such as the one pointed out.
