Kontera - Slow Response?

    I've tried adding a new domain to my kontera account for the past few weeks and I haven't heard a response yet. I've requested the site twice. Anyone else experiencing the same?

    I do agree that their response time is a little ridiculous. It usually takes around 3-5 days before I receive a reply from them.
