kontera, representative replying, but no action, no payments even.

We tried kontera for more than a month on our website, the earnings were not very good, but the account manager at kontera, Aofie was very quick to respond. However, he only answered my emails quickly, didnt take any real action.

The payments are pending for more than 2 months now. We never got payment from them

The account is ok and isnt under any ban. They didnt even send any email regarding the payment issues.

The following were the stats for 1.5 month and i asked them that we will remove their ads as the EPC was low and we are not intrested in continuing. Also i asked them to make the pending payments.

I do not know what to do next.

Hi Gurupreet,

The same was with me but then they did make a payment after 2 months, they issued a e-check via PayPal. Glad that I received them and its been 4 month or so now, have to check my account and mail them.

Have some patience, they will send it via PayPal e-check. The instially sent me a cheque, but it was in the name of my website, so I mailed them regarding this issue. The manager asked me to resend the cheque and after which my payment was cleared.

This is really stupid on their part.

Am not sure if they will retain people with such poor payment schedules.

 

well thats something to think about. I just sign up with them not to long ago. However what people are saying about the payment thingy may have to reconsider. Also the backoffice is so min. can check nothing but just stats.

I had a similar experience as you Gurpreet but after bugging them with many emails, they finally paid up. Hopefully they'll have things running smoother in the future or they will lose many publishers.

i think they havent paid any more than 15 % of their total publishers, otherwise there would have been more hard feelings on forums about their payment delays

i got a reply from them that they have made march payments and that i should soon hear from accounting department

 

I just received the March payment (check) yesterday.
