Kontera refuses to issue my payment

Hi guys, Kontera did not pay me after I removed their code, their ads slowed me down and they pay me less than infolinks. My earnings for that month was more than $100, so I thought they should pay me.

I wrote to them a few times, but they refused to issue my payment. So what should I do?

This is Jonathan from Kontera. If you e-mail me, I'll be happy to look into the specifics of your account and what we can do for you. I can't know for certain without looking at your account, but from what your describing it sounds like the issue is the clause in our Terms of Service stating you need to give Kontera 30 days notice before pulling your Kontera tag. If that is the case, all you'd need to do is re-implement Kontera, give your 30 days notice, and you'd receive the balance of your account, including your additional earnings from the 30 day period.

Regarding the issue of page speed, Kontera shouldn't affect that, as it only starts loading after everything else on the page. Additionally, a recent study looked at how both Kontera and Infolinks affect page speed, and found while Kontera is actually a little faster, neither will negatively affect your page speed - either in terms of load speed or in terms of search rank. You can Google "study kontera page speed" to see the full results of that study.
