    Are They Available To Be Used For People In The United Kingdom?

    If Yes, How Long Will Does it Take To Recive a Check in The United Kingdom?

    Yes, they pay reasonably well (but not as well as AdSense). Probably best used as a complimentary revenue stream alongside conventional PPC ads.

    They send payment, by USD check, at the end of the month in which you cross the $100 threshold. They claim you should receive payment within 30 days after that.
