Kontera - Proxy Browsed Pages

    I recently started using Kontera on my proxy. However its only on my index.

    Would there be a way to make the Kontera links show up on the browsed pages? If so where would I put the code for it.

    Though I don't know the code, I think there is a way to do that. But wouldn't that annoy your users?

    well I used to have adbrite on my proxified pages (not any more) and it showed inline ads. My earning were good and there was no bad feedback from users.

    try to put the code to the deepest part of your body before the closing tag.
