Kontera has increased my adsense CTR

I have seen people worrying about their CTR getting lowered by use of Kontera intext adlinks. But in my case Adsense CTR has actually increased from the day i started using Kontera.

How it happened?

Well, i used to have simple text in my posts. And i use large rectangle adsense block beside the text( into the post - floating left). So, the adsense ads looked like ads because there were no links in the post.
But when i put kontera also. The text besides the ad block got blue kontera links which now provides me better blending than ever before.

I know Kontera might be lowering your adsense CTR, or at best it won't be affecting the adsense CTR. But it's really increased in my case.

Have you also experienced anything like that?

P.S. : My Adsense CTR increased from ~4% to ~5.5% , and my Kontera CTR is ~2.5%

Hmm.. I'm not sure how it would account for an increase in CTR.. I started using Kontera a few months ago and was worried that it might lower my Adsense CTR.. it didn't, but it sure didnt increase it either..

I am using Kontera and adsense together from morethan 4 months now. And the CTR has really increased. ( i havn't changed anything in the design )

Well, Kontera links providing me better blending of adsense ads. Because the blue adsense ads (blue link title) and blue kontera adlinks are looking similar.

 

I never had the chance to use kontera , they are only accepting high traffic sites to use their system .

 

Try applying to Kontera via JohnChow.com, they have some collaboration with him. Google "john chow kontera"

When i can see the difference i.e. a better ad blending. It's definitely related.

 

you can blend ads only in adsense, and, that may the only cause of increasing adsense CTR.

 

What's considered high traffic?

 

I think they were asking like 5,00,000 impressions a month.

 

I don't see how it would increase CTR either.

 

Thats not entirely accurate..
They accepted my blog when it was just lunched and was not even indexed in Google.

 

Actually it's only 100,000.

Originally I was worried about this number, but managed to get in with 50,000. I suppose if they like your site they'll take you, even if you're "under" the limit.
