kontera approval question

    I registered kontera 2 days ago and still waiting for email from them. In the email it say it'd take 48 hours to review my site but it more than 48 hours... what's taking so long?

    I have registered 6 days ago and still nothing, no word from them,
    But i can login in the member area, but i dont have place to put payment details...
