Selling Kollegeads.com - Classified Ads for students - (No reserve starting at $5)

I have a Classified Ads site set up around students Kollegeads.com for sale AND going cheap. This is an easy to run site that anybody could run with endless possibilities.

The domain was used before but it had a different script installed on it that was all messed up, didnt work right and corrupt, so couldnt be saved. Therefore I have taken it and used wordpress CMS and got a licesed version of classipress (3.0.4 Professional Edition) to run with it making it a much more secure site with many features (some have not been turned on but the new user can certainly do that e.g. google maps, add a logo, change the colors with a click of a buton etc.).

Previously the site had no paying ads. The new site has an upgrade option that allows people to pay you thru paypal to feature ads. Also you can set a price for certain categories if you wanted, or all etc.

Since the site was revamped there has been adsence was added and it has gotten a few clicks so revenue has been less then $1 from google and there has been no attempt to sell links on the site yet. Therefore consider no revenue to date.

I didnt get a chance to setup google analytics but the Site had 60 uniques yesterday from awstats sources. This script and wp has great SEO options so this site should bounce back to the top of the engines very soon.

The domain is with godaddy and is expiring in a week - thus why I have the site listed so cheap, however if you take the site at BIN of $75 I will renew the domain before transfering it to you. If you buy the site thru the bidding system (No reserve starting at $5) then you will responsible for the renewal.

I also forgot to mention that although the site was reset recently people have been coming back - As the site got 45 users and 30 posts yesterday (not counting the few I deleted because I felt that it didnt apeal to students).
