Kolimbo not answering emails

For about 14 days nobody on Kolimbo.com answered my questions, some were about the payment (which did not come).

Is anybody else experiencing this problem?

Also I noticed that they stopped posting on their blogs about 2,5 months ago.
IS this company still alive?

They are OK as far as I know. There have been some changes in staff recently.

You are right the Kowa corporate blog has not been updated since Sept 12th. Very odd. The Team affiliate blog was recently updated though. http://teamaffiliate.kowabunga.com/

Maybe they've been downsized and the front desk attended is currently managing all affiliate issues.

 

Kolimbo always only had Ben to provide affiliate support and my experience with them via email has always been really really slow. Try calling them if you can or send me a PM and I will call out there for you.

 

its really tough to catch hold of them through e-mails..try to find their IM's or just give them a call.

 

I have allways found Ben very responsive, and he used to answer me very fast (I think it was one of the fastest networks regarding answering emails). I don't use them so much now... and I see I don't have Ben contacts on my affiliate area anymore...
