www.kojewel.com got quite a good start. With its unique design and captivating articles about jewelry, cars, art and interior design we have managed to attract some targeted readers. However, me and the editorial staff for KOJewel are looking forward to provide even more quality stuff to our existing readers as well as to possible new subscribers. Improvement is always an option and where else could we ask for improvement advice except for Digitalpoint Website Reviews? Don't be too harsh though, we do not compete with NewYorkTimes or other big publications but none the less we want to offer the same user experience. Please offer your constructive advice or your friendly comment. Looking forward Site: http://www.kojewel.com FB: http://www.facebook.com/www.KOJewel
- give your pictures relevant names so you can at least get some google images traffic to assist - add a .ico to your website - change "powered by wordpress" to something else like energized by wordpress- good search term for finding people I think you could add some celebrity bling type things to go along with this site.. good design and you will do well if you can keep a sharp focus on content
I'd make it more obvious at the top this is actually a jewellery-related site (sorry, can't help but use the British spelling of jewellery!). When I looked, the top article is about a coffee festival - the only mention of jewellery I can see is the 7th item in the navigation bar. Fixing this may also naturally improve your SEO, as well as your bounce rate. Actually, why do you have articles about a coffee festival and sand sculptures at all? I'd keep it focussed on one topic or put these articles in a separate "other stuff" section - keep the top stories on the front page topic-related. Other than that, it is a nice design and well laid out. I agree with the other reviewer's comments on the logo, though. Hope this helps.
