KNOWS .ASIA (Who Knows?)

Just picked this up and was delighted to see it available. I was looking at selling this within a package, but could sell it if the price is right.

This is a sub-domain heaven, given the potential for people to have their say with their own sub-domain using their name. i.e. "bob.knows.asia", "lucy.knows.asia" etc. Endless!

So what do you fine people think it could go for?

 

.asia is a crap tld thats why u got that name. without development its just reg fee

low $$, you need to develop it.

You may create a asian tourist site for it.

 

Like other i would advice developing it and utilising its full potential, as rightly mentioned by you. Its a great domain and moreover a subdomain heaven. If you can develop it, may be hire someone to do it for you. If i were you, i might use to develop one subdomain for each country in Asia and going deeper. Something covering around 10k pages. It will give you some serious earning . There you have some food for thought.

Yes, a tourist site would be the best thing for this. I'm just wondering how to go about it using this domain though?

That IS definately food for thought. It seems like I have alot of work to do there. But just wondering about your suggestions though;
- would it be better to have specific countries rather than individual's names in the sub-domains? e.g, Turkey.knows .asia doesn't really make sense, whereas, John.knows .asia does. Just wondering how you would tackle that champ?

I am saying that it could go on that without developed, with no traffic. If the two cheques are met.

Fair enough and thanks. That's very encourouging for me. I may actually develop it after this. It's just that I'm not in the wholesale domaining market and don't know any better.

So if I do develop it, put up some ads (generating say $25 p.m) and whatnot after creating content etc, what ballpark figure would you appraise it at then?
