Knowing where conversions come from in Google Analytics

This seems to be like a pretty obvious question but I can't seem to find the correct answer. I've configured my goals in Google Analytics but I'd like to know and answer the following question:

Where do the conversiones come from? Google organic, PPC campaign, Yahoo!, where?

I've asked around and I've been told I had to use link tracking (URL Builder) but this is useless since I can't track clicks through organic searches or other referring sites that link to me naturally.

Does anyone have the answer to this? If it's not possible, doesn't this seem to be like a pretty obvious and important question to track the most profitable sources for our website?

Thanks for your answer ssandecki! My goals were correctly configured but it was as simple as going to:
    • Traffic Sources tab
    • All Traffic Sources
    • Clicking the Goal Conversion tab

Do you know if it's possible to see the amount of conversions on that page instead of seeing the % conversion rate? It's not too important though.

I believe you can view that in the Goals menu area using Total conversions.
