What does CTR and eCPM really mean? My CTR is 17.36%. I clicked at my own ads before because i didn't knew about getting banned. Is my CTR good or bad?

    Your CTR rate is bad

CTR = click through rate (100 impressions and 10 clicks = 10% ctr)

    CPM (cost per thousand impressions)

You might get banned for clicking your own ads. Read the TOS better next time you sign up for something.

You're also not allowed to tell people your specific CTR. Now personally I think your CTR is fine. Mine's at a similar level. But there are those that think a high CTR will get you into trouble. Personally I think that's silly. If you have targeted traffic and targeted ads then a high CTR is natural IMO.

We all would like more traffic to our site, but you can't break the rules just because you would like more traffic.

You know you're stealing right? Would you walk into a store and steal from them? Because that's what you're doing by clicking on your own ads.

And in the long run it will just hurt you because you'll be banned before you ever get paid and then you'll never earn money through adsense again.

Its an option inside your account, the link is I think called 'help' or 'support' click it and on target page you will have an option to contact google this way you may get quick response. Some times they don't bane you without warning and sometimes they do that without warning. But if you contact them the chances of being bane decrease significantly.

Email Google right away, tell them that you clicked your ads by mistake and you won't do it again.
