this one scored 88% correct across our portfolio on the last update. ..we'll see if that continues this time or it was just lucky the once.

All PR tools are a guess. There is no way to predict future PR. You can never tell what backlinks google has flagged and will not pass PR, and the number of outgoing links directly affects the amount of PR each link will pass. Google also rounds toolbar PR down. A PR4 link may be a PR 4.01 or a 4.99 - impossible to tell unless you are google. PR tools usually guess to the high side to make you want to come backt to their site and use their PR tool.

Forget about PR. It will show when google updates their toolbar - which is usually every 3-4 months.

PR prediction tools get their answers from this site:

Prediction tools are purely for entertainment value. Google is the only one who knows for sure what each link will pass for PR juice. Build links for traffic and worry less about PR. Once you start doing this, you will see your PR numbers rise.

Lots of predict tool, the problem is: the tool (almost all of them), is only calculate the amount of your backlink and not calculate the links your gave out.
