Know of any Fulfillment houses to ship books/reports/DVDs?

    I'd like to give away a simple 20-30 page report, and I require a fulfillment house to do these services
    1. Print
    2. Bind
    3. Ship internationally (mostly USA)

    AND also a fulfillment house to do it in a DVD format
    1. Burn info inside
    2. Print cover on the DVD (optional)
    3. Ship internationally (mostly USA)

    Obviously looking for the most cost effective ones as there'll be quite a fair bit. Are there any vendors out there that you guys can recommend?

    Maybe you could try Kunaki or trepstar

    Don't know if it will work with your book, I think they're mainly CD DVD
