Not sure if this is the proper thread for this question but here it is. I am new to the idea of newsletters. I have done some research and I am curious if anyone knows of any good free scripts for allowing people to subscribe to a newsletter on my site and that allows me to simply just send out the news letters. It does not have to be feature rich. Just allow me to collect emails and send messages to them all at once. I am assuming this what all newsletters are? A input box on the website for the user to enter their email address and a backend that stores the emails and allows you to write up emails and mass send them to your subscribers and that it also allows you to keep track of your users.
