Know of a Multisite Newsletter Script?

I'm trying to find a decent multi-site newsletter script in php. Does anyone know of any?

I'd like to install it once and just import user databases from different sites and manage the opt ins/outs possibly with a page on each site.

Please let me know if you know of one that works for multiple sites.

That can handle 1 newsletter. People can subscribe or unsubscribe from anyone of your sites.
