Know a good international (European) web hosting provider?

    I am currently using bluehost.com as my web hosting provider here in the U.S.

    Can someone recommend a web hosting company in Europe (UK, Spain, etc..). I am looking to purchase a domain name and want to ensure that the web hosting provider has an ip address that is not located in the United States.
