Kloxo Cp: Change Domain Owner Issue

    I have created a new customer in Kloxo and I changed the domain owner from admin to new customer. Then when I try accessing the domain, I am getting a blank page.
    When change back the domain owner to admin everything works fine.

    Can someone please help? I am using Latest Version: 6.1.12 of Kloxo Cp

    Did you check error logs when the website shows blank page ? It will show you the reason behind a blank page. Also, try enabling display errors for php. It will show the errors if any.

    Its matter of security of account ,so web hosting provider company seal all the features, which should not be active for normal user ,Its better to consult with service provider,perhaps he will find any solution for your problem.
