    I'm looking for a new owner for this site. I have had the site for 3 years but never really had to maintain the site any longer. Please offer me price and we can negotiate.

    - Kiwi Directory has been submitted to a paid directory - http://www.sutradirectory.com/index.php?search=kiwi i had submitted to another paid directory but trying to remember what it was.
    - custom phpld theme & custom logo(unique)
