    Google only updates its backlinks every few months, so what you see with any domain is a look at the past, including PR. It is showing the backlinks, but you might want to look at those current pages to see how many still link to the site (if that matters to you) - otherwise they won't show when google does it's next update or pass PR. PR is determined only by backlinks to the site. It's also possible that there could be other backlinks that show up with the new update, although you probably shouldn't expect that with a domain that is no longer operating.
