Hello, I checked out your blog and here are a few suggesstions to start with:

1. You can start by redesigning the logo. I do not get what your site is about when I first look at it.
2. The tags need to be keywords. Seems like you need to pick a segment of the market and create different pages for them that is keyword optimized.
