    Try templatebox.com for some templates, the samples above look like there's too much content in them though.. hopefully those templates can hold that many buttons.

    Well, your sites are very crowded with advertisements..And if your going to keep them I would at least make your site fast loading.. Because I mean no one is going to wait around for your ads to load.. and thats no way your going to get clicks...I like you niche, but the index page needs to be cleaned up.. A lot!

    there is a lot of content...too much.
    not everything has to go on the first page.
    try making it less cluttered.
    but your on the right track :)
    just move some of the less important stuff to other pages
