    Not bad. The only thing is the message box for the welcoming of the guests. Its really bright n hurts the eyes.

    change the text ad at top to image ad of same dimensions

    The ad unit at the top, I think you should consider changing its color.

    Anyway, ads look ok.

    Agreed. Too bright and painful to the eyes.
