Hi, This is tech web site.. can you please review.. i really need to get some feedback from people as it matters. access site: software development The site is just 2 weeks old and I am awaiting several articles to be included to increase knowledge. I would really appreciate some feedback. thank you
Quite disappointing .. i posted a request for review twice since yesterday and no response.. Subjective comments and different perspectives from the audience is what makes a review viable.. please comment! thanks
nice and simple site, also great domain name... just a suggestion ... you must add a logo and a favicon for your site so your site will look more attractive and better as an IT site. On footer you can add more navigation such "contact us", "privacy policy" ,"advertise with us" etc. Maybe because your site still new so there is few empty space, but overall your site was great and have a great potential.
@lou_cifer: thanks for your input.. i'll work on the icon and favicon. Re empty spaces, you're right.. i need to fill it up somehow. cheers!
Overall the site looks appealing and the content seems interesting. I love the clean look and the colour scheme; it looks smart. But I'm not too crazy about the font used at the top of the page; it's boring like the above poster said, and too 'narrow', if you get what I mean. It's almost too narrow to read. (I've got good eyesight, and my laptop screen size is 7.5x12inches/ 14inches diagonally.) Also, the middle column on the landing page is a little too narrow; I would shift the other two columns slightly outwards to make room. The blog posts are the main attraction, so they should feature more prominently, in my opinion.
i'v left the sides of the site simply for featured news items and videos - basically any sort of campaigns at a cost. I've expanded the centre column and reduced the sizes of the side columns. I've moved some stuff around. Favicon and logo next.. re font.. is it just the font of the "banner" up top or is the entirety of the site?
Fonts need a possible change, i feel "squished" reading it although theres plenty of room on the sides
