    I would like to get some suggestions to improve my site and its traffic.
    Also inform me if i can connect it with some of the advertisement publishers and stuff.

    I suggest wider reading area. this template is nice, but not so easy to read since the page width is not so large.
    and also - all the menu links points to your blog name as wordpress, instead of using the domain name, which makes it looks cheap.

    Yeah overall its a bit too dark. Some of the text is hard to read so that will be a problem for sure.
