really your site is looking outstanding but still you need to cover long way to make it popular...concentrate more on off page optimization so that you can acquire more traffic..
Nice and attractive forum. I think the status bullets for the threads looks too large, try to decrease its size..
Heya, I like the theme, it reminds me of MacOSX a little. The dark theme (black/grey) is perfect for me because that's what my browser (firefox w/ Anycolor addon) is set to, but for others it may not be appealing. You might want to experiment with it later and see if you can get avg visiting time up.
Logo is a little bland but I like the navigation buttons. Not sure about the concept though but good luck! I hope it takes off.
ads forum eh? ok, here's my review the forum design arent that "PROFESSIONAL"ish. as you are targetting massive advertistment by other user, u should have take in mind "are your design" could attract people with massive PR? 2nd i wouldnt reccomend SMF as your script. it would be so much better in VBULLETIN or PHPBB as they have their own portal management which made your site looks more systematic *(ads posted in forum>showed in portal). hence attract more advertiser like me =)
I don't think the colors you have chosen are very professional looking, lighter colors may be a better look for you and certainly a new logo as that one it too bland
Well that is a good review. OK i will implement a portal page through a modification. Then I will take a look at changing the theme as for the script that is staying because I am so familiar with it and could fix any problem at any time. thanks for your review.

IMHO the site as a nice template and layout. However you will need a new baner @ logo. The current one looks default. The system and great. YOu can futher improve it though if you use a brighter color combination. THe current one makes people have the first impression of dull. Maybe change the background to white. Take DP for example: DP is dull. Yes, the design the so simple and the logo is like in the 80's but it has a good color complexion which allows people to see the light. Ok, hope that helps.
