    Maybe you can post websites that are scams?

    The one people looks for most are Wholesale sites,PTC and GPT sites, And retail sites.. So check those out and try to create a list or something.

    I know personally when I see a new site i always search on google " Is Sitename a scam?"

    i think, if you're planning to blog about "Save your self from online scams"
    you have to have a better domain, like a .com not a blogspot blog.
    it adds some reliability.

    Categories in blogspot can be done via adding Tags to post, make a widget and name it "Categories".

    These are my suggestions:

    1. Your theme is simple, good. But it will be better if you use any other background other than black.
    2. Try to use atleast one image for every post.
    3. Add a subscription box to your sidebar (RSS, Twitter, Facebook)
    4. If you have time, dedicate some time to make a good logo.
    5. If you are really serious about blogging then move to a .com, it will give you more credibility.
