    I have a health and fitness blog with decent amount of traffic but the ctr is low

    Where is your traffic coming from? With such a low CPM I would expect your traffic to be in third tier, probably places such as India, China, and so on? Or do you have European traffic coming to the site?

    since january 2015 till today the blog received over 17000 unique visitors and:
    32% from USA
    13.57% from India
    11.36% from UK
    6.22% from Australia

    and the average time on site was: 2min 31sec

    Well for a start, take that annoying pop-up off your site when first opening it. That kind of stuff is annoying as hell - I bet you have a very high bounce rate which is affecting your earnings.

    your adsense ads are not good added,
    Use this:
    [​IMG]
    On that right ad you can use vertical one (the bigger one from recommended). On the picture where it says "ARTICLE" you can add some horizontal mobile friendly ad. so in one article there will be 3 ads (top, between article, bottom article) and 1 from sidebar.

    Adding 2 adds together is NOT RECOMMENDED!

    I like your ad placement and your website. Very professional. Though I would use AdSense search or AdSense links they only make pennies and they make the website look ugly. But it's just my opinion, some people like it.

    Well as soon as I click on your site and begin to scroll, a huge pop up comes on the screen and prevents me from scrolling. I immediately closed the site. You aren't giving anyone a chance to look at the site before bombarding them with pop ups.

    Are those traffic coming from those countries you've mentioned are relevant, especially India?? Sorry I am a bit doubtful on traffic coming from India, well unless it is one of your target market?
