The subtext on your logo is kind of hard to read.

Your content is loading at the bottom of the page for me. Getting a done with errors message. Nice graphics, but it is really hard to get an overall impression of the site. Your left widget seems to be causing your blog posts and right widget not to be loading correctly. I am getting a done with errors message. I'm using IE 8. Hope this helps.

Would be quite a nice site but your main content is being pushed to the bottom of the page in IE8.
Could be a padding issue or no width given, it's a good idea to give one percent less, for example two columns 49% / 49% rather than 50% / 50% due to margins/paddings.

    You also have an error:
The bottom 'Google Wave' box is getting cropped.

    Some screenshot examples:

    As for some SEO:

The keyword 'computer solutions' is not present in the Domain Name.

Maximum characters recommended in TITLE is between 10 - 64, But definitely cannot exceed 67. Currently it has 104 characters. This is spamming / keyword stuffing according to google and will be punished.

META KEYWORDS has duplicate keywords. All Keywords must be unique. Keywords are however ignored by google now.

Not Recommended to target more than 4 in META KEYWORDS (Although there can be 48 keywords) - This means, the page must be targeted to less than 4 keywords. Currently it has 67 keywords.

Ranking Top in the search engines for a 1 word 'problems', 'tutorial', 'designing', 'tute', and 'video', etc, keyword is difficult and not recommended. Use keywords people will use but aren't used as much by larger sites. Maximum words recommended in each META KEYWORD is 3 words.Currently the keyword 'best web designer jalandhar' has 4 words. Again you are keyword stuffing.

All the best for your site!

Layout is not bad, but i dont like the red colors for the text and logo... red and green? unless u are Italian i dont think that is a good mix... Also your icons on the right are too poor quality. Good Luck!

Your site is fitting nicely now :)

What I meant was your first keyword is 'computer solutions' but your site url and in the title it starts with 'Logic Matters', it's not good practice and it's better if all three match to improve a trust level with search engines. The keyword 'computer solutions' occurs very far in the Title. It is recommended to maintain the main keyword postion at/before 2.

    <title>Logic Matters! Web &amp; Graphics Designing,E-shopping,Free Video Tutorials,Computer Solutions,Programming,Robotics</title>

Cut down this, it is really importance you do to avoid stuffing. This title is too long (between 10 - 64 characters is good). People use to stuff keywords all over a site and in the title to improve page rank and searching, however search engines these days limit the amount you are allowed to stuff now (ignore the rest anyways) and sometimes even work in reverse (google ignores the keywords all together and just checks for itself). Rather than using &amp; in the title, use 'and' instead as some browsers don't support it.

'Logic Matters! Web &amp; Graphics Designing,E-shopping,Free Vide' is all the search engine will bother with and even cuts, so your wasted a lot.

Best practice is a title (short & sweet) that well summaries the content.
    Punctuation will be ignored.
Don't use filler text in the titles.
Words that are commonly used, like 'the,' 'a,' and 'for,' are usually ignored.
The hyphen - is sometimes used as a signal that the two words around it are very strongly connected. (Unless there is no space after the - and a space before it, in which case it is a negative sign.)
Don't use any 'Stopwords' which search engines ignore or just block out.

    http://www.google.com/support/websearch/bin/answer.py?answer=134479

    For example:
    <title>Logic Matters - Web and Graphics Designing</title>

is all you really need and if someone searched 'Web Graphics Designing' or 'Logic Matters', etc, it would be more likely end up near or at the top on the list. You can use 'Computer Solutions' or whatever else is the main focus of the site just don't over do it.

'tute' 'c' 'c++' 'html' 'php' 'java' 'css' '8051' '8085' 'daviet' 'technology' 'research' 'students' 'science' 'template' are difficult keywords. If a user was to search them your site would probably rank 1000+ in a few billion others, it would never be used. These should be all removed or some replaced with short sentences (3 words max) a user is likely to search and not be faced by millions of other sites to compete with.

Maximum characters recommended in META DESCRIPTION is between 130 - 200. Currently it has 413 characters. Some of the Keywords do not appear in the META DESCRIPTION. All META KEYWORDS must appear in the META DESCRIPTION at least once.

Upper and lowercase is ignored for search engines.

You removed the name from the title 'logic matters', i would of kept that in as it's quite important and your first keyword! Cut out some of the others, still a bit too long, definitely cannot exceed 67 but it's currently it has 78 characters. It doesn't have to be all packed in the title.

The keywords 'shopping', 'templates', 'india', 'computer', 'forums' are crazy popular and bad to use alone. I recommend cut them or replace.

META DESCRIPTION is still a little long, but better.

Someone else might be able to give you better SEO tips?
