Kindly Review Adsense placement

i have a job website which i currently manage. Kindly suggest if i should change the adsense positioning and why. Thank You.

I looked at your site and i find the ads to intrusive what i mean is i know they are ads!

I would blend them with your site just a little better and place a banner ad at the top a 460x60 or maybe a 728x90

Recap remove two of the sidebar ads and place a 728x90 at the top and a 460x60 in between your posts this will look and work much better

DONT FORGET BLEND YOUR ADS TO MATCH YOUR SITE

I think it's better if you blend the background color of your ads on your page background color. Also, try to put one ads on your sidebar to avoid showing of low-paying ads.

 

needs better blending like every1 is saying. dont use white ads on a dark background.
