Adding dynamic urls are good for making the site more automatic but need to take care some search engines friendly tactics while doing the same. Adding more parameters like ? / - % are not good for promotion but if it is essential from open source development, then 301 redirection, google webmaster tools implications are here for better development and taking care of such characters in URLs.

Google will be fine with all three of them. The only difference is between the first two and the third URI (Universal Resource Identifier) structure -- the first two don't have any parameters on them. The third does. With just one parameter though the third structure will be fine. If you use more than two or three though, then the search engines will start running into problems.

Also note that since you're rebuilding your Web site, make sure you forward via an HTTP 301 Redirect your existing pages to their new locations. If you're going to completely remove some content or sections (in other words, not keep them in the redesign at all), then either 404 those links or set up a 302 redirect to a special page that informs the user that those particular resources no longer exist. Once the non-existent content is no longer showing up in the search engines, take down the temporary page and 404 all the dead links.

You are wrong on so many levels it's not even funny. There are so many dynamic Web pages that rank very well in the search engines for competitive keywords that the mere fact they do disproves your argument. Heck, this forum uses dynamic URLs and a dynamic application -- guess what? It ranks well. So does SEO.com (disclosure: I help administer the forums there). Even CNN and the Chicago Tribune use dynamic applications. DO you honesty think that Topher Kohan and Brent D. Payne (respectively) would be using dynamic apps if they harmed the SEO efforts of CNN and the Tribune Company?

Seriously, think about what you're saying.

Get listed on Hebrew language directories and get sites that are A.) related to your own, and B.) written in Hebrew to link back to you. This post will teach you how: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?p=12104573#post12104573

Good points, but I'd rewrite those URLs if I could (then redirect the parameter laden links to the static link versions).

For the most part, Google doesn't care. This isn't 2002 anymore. Except for a few circumstances (such as overloading them, but that also ties into Web site usability as well), Google can handle most dynamic URIs and parameters just fine.

Why the first one, even though the second is identical, save for the file type?

Wrong, wrong wrong. Read the rest of this post to learn why. Or re-read it if necessary.

Services.php is better choice and it is easy one to promote on SEO.
