    Hi well I can tell you right off that bat that if you want respect then you'll need your own domain and not use a free blog host like Blogspot.

    That said I see you're using one of their free themes and you have some content related to the industry on it but there doesn't appear to be anything that stands out at me.

    I'd say dump that live traffic feed widget too it doesn't add any value to the page at all for a site that is about health.
