I don't mean to be a dick but how are you expecting to get 500$ for a site that's not making anything?

 

LOL, I understand what you are trying to ask but don't you think that deciding a BIN doesn't means that the seller is expecting the same price for the site, it means that the BIN is the highest price the seller is expecting, and btw, reserve is the minimum price the seller is expecting to get from the auction.
And I am here to appreciate bidding on my auction, if I had to appreciate BIN more than bid then I wouldn't have opt in for Bidding system while starting this auction.
Come on, you seems to be an experienced seller as well as buyer (even way more than me) so these newbie kind of comments doesn't suit you, does it?

Looks like a lot of hard work went into the site.....not sure its $500 worth but thats the Ops choice. Its certainly a very good looking site and given the contacts he has, the buyer may well make money I would think anywhere under $400 is a very good price.
