Hi, I stupidly(realises now) decided to update the template of my blogspot. Little did I know that by doing so I lost all of the META coding - description, keywords, robots tag, author tag & title I have managed to get some of it back,, but everytime I add 'keyword' meta, robots & author it refuses to save, or is not recognised when put through a metags analyser? Below is how it stands right now in the analyser. Before all was either 100% or in the upper 80's%. Before you ask the obvious, no I did not save the old html Meta tags analysis. Title: Title meta tag contains no errors. This tag contains 47 characters. Title relevancy to page content is excellent. The Title relevancy to page content is 100%. Description: Description meta tag contains no errors. This tag contains 114 characters. Description relevancy to page content is excellent. The Description relevancy to page content is 100%. Keywords: Found no keywords meta tag. The keyword meta tag is still used by many search engines. Consider adding a keyword meta tag. Robots: Found no robots meta tag. This tag is not really required but helps spiders to index the web page. Author: Found no author meta tag. This tag is not really required but helps for your (company) name recognition. Any suggestions welcome.

Generated a new 'verify tag' & added that now, guess it needs the 'up to 24 hrs' before it shows as working. Phew what a day, & still loads more to learn!
The major search engines, particularly google, don't even read the keyword meta tag, so not worth worrying about - official google blog Google does not use the keyword meta tag in web ranking
