I'm gearing up to do some advertising for a waterfront real estate development in Canada. Primarily it will be targeting a few Canadian cities (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary) and American (Boston, New York). I was planning on doing some posting on the real estate sections for these cities on Craigslist and Kijiji. Now my question is: Do I have to do this manually or is there any good programs that would assist me in this. I don't want to spam everywhere but I would like to target the cities mentioned above. If no programs are available to assist me how much does it generally cost to have someone post these for me? Thanks,
I would stick with manual but it depends on how many things you are posting a day I can do 10 ads a day and get results go to craisglist marketer.com and it can give you a potential start
ugh craigslist is getting so dang strict its hard to keep your ads up i guess they getting tired of all the spamming that goes on there either your getting flagged, ghosted, ads not sticking its a pain you have to figure how many ads you can put up i think the rules are you can only put like 1 ad a day not sure just know they are strict good luck
