I think I may have a kidney stone! I looked up the symptoms and I'm starting to feel some mild pain since about a day ago. Im really paranoid about this, and I'm sitting here next to a glass of water. Anything I should do. jumpandbump.com looks promising.

First get it confirmed by a qualified physician. If it is manageable without surgery, you can lead a normal life with minor diet alterations. If you have to go in for surgery, do that immediately to get rid off the stones once for all. Hope you will get well soon. :)

Don't push your luck; visiting doctor is first thing to do. Then you can try drinking more beer or something.

Don't worry that much, nowadays a lot of things do not need surgery, that may use ultrasound to break the stone. I can't confirm that but I read somewhere that it is possible. No need to go under a knife :)
