For your video, you can go to Fiverr. You'll probably found many people who will be happy to make you a nice video for a moderate fee. I don't know anything about kickstarter not taking Non-US registration.
You're going to have to find someone to put the campaign up for you or use an alternative to kickstarter like indiegogo, etc you can find them easily. Indiegogo is probably the second biggest after Kickstarter and I've been using it for some time. I recommend you to do the same. Good luck
+1 to Indiegogo, I know people that have used that, granted they probably could have got more if they used kickstarter but then there's the whole US-only thing (I read on their site it's actually US/Canada/UK but I don't know anyone from Canada/UK that has used it, admittedly I don't follow this kind of thing though but Indiegogo seems to be the second largest)
