I've just launched a new pendant website khuntin.com. From what I've ask few person, the feedback is generally positive. But I'd like to more opinion before I start working on ads campaign. Share your opinion, and if able please give me a feedback on: 1. Do you want to buy product from the site, or you can get them easier and cheaper somewhere else? 2. Any grammatical error you may find? 3. Is the site informative enough? 4. Any other opinions? Oh, and in case you like my site and want to buy something, check my signature for discount. Thank you.
Here is my feedback. Clean. - Nice products. - I don't think the site has any personality though. Maybe you can at least mention why the company is called Khuntin, in order for the customer to connect (and remember) the site. E.g. return buys. - If you are talking to customers (retail) in About Us, I think your text here is too techy. Customers don't want to hear "online developers" and "e-commerce", they want to hear about quality products, reliability, nice designs etc. Make any sense? I think changing just a little will give it more character. - I think the store part is fine, but you could spend a little more effort with the left hand navigation. Making it clear. Also use initial caps: About Us, not About us. - And overall the site is a bit dark so I'm not inclined to stay on there for a long time and shop. (But that's just my opinion.) Anyway hope it helps some.
I do not like the design, I think the site would look better if you got a more professional template.
