    try to focus for some keyword, for example about healthy. So your posts must have adjacent with health. CMIIW

    Yes keywords are important.Your main keywords should be in the title of your post. Its very very important !!

    You can use Google Trends to find hot keywords for you website.. And don't forget to try Submit-Express.com if you want to get powerfull keywords..
