I subscribe keywordspy.com several month ago and it is very expensive, USD90 per month, after using it for only a few time in several month period, I want to unsubscribe but keywordspy.com asking me to send them the cancellation form via fax. After going through such a hard routine to fax them, I have fax them but they have not replied my email for a whole week and they have already charge me for next month, and I think they will charge me again and again even I have fax them the cancellation form. What should I do? and for those who never used keywordspy.com before, beware of them, you cannot unsubscribe and they will charge your credit card USD90 per month forever.
File a chargeback with your credit card company. Tell them you have tried contacting this company and if you have a copy of your fax, show them that as well. They will refund your charges and give you a new CC number. Although, surprised that Keywordspy is being this ignornant.
