keywords with low search volume

    Does keywords with low search volume hurt my campaign in any way?
    I mean does it raise my actual cpc or effact my Qs?

    QS have nothing to do with search volumes. This will have no effect at all.

    Search volume doesn't effect your score in any way. It just tells you how many people are searching for that keyword. If you want exact search volume, you have to make sure that you choose exact match.
