keywords vs keyphrases

    whats the difference between keywords and keyphrases and which do you think is better for ranking your site?

    There's no difference. The two terms are interchangeable.

    I agree. A keyword and keyphrase is one of the same. Focus on longtail keywords/keyphrases with low competition to get ranked quickly.
